Dr. Respondek is from Yorktown, TX. He graduated with a bachelor of animal science in 1990 and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M in 1994. After graduation he joined Belton Veterinary Clinic as an owner. Dr. Respondek enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine.
He enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and their 4 children. He has 4 dogs, 8 cats, horses, cows and sheep.
Dr. Frosch grew up in Houston, TX. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. After graduating from Texas A&M she went on to complete a one year internship and Weatherford Equine Medical Center in Weatherford, TX. Dr. Frosch joined the BVC team in 2009 and became an owner in 2012. She has an interest in equine medicine, especially lameness and reproduction.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband Brian and their 2 children. Dr. Frosch has 4 horses and 3 dogs.
Dr. Wright grew up in Castroville, TX. He graduated from Tarleton and went on to receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M in 2006. After graduation he joined a mixed animal practice in Muleshoe, TX. He joined Belton Veterinary Clinic in 2008 and became an owner in 2012. Dr. Wright has an interest in food animal surgery and medicine, especially working with the youth livestock.
Dr. Wright enjoys spending time with his wife Jacki and his two dogs and watching college football.
Dr. Hayes grew up in Plano, TX. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1977 from Texas A&M. Dr. Hayes has worked with horses, dairy cows, and small animals. He joined the BVC team in 2009. Dr. Hayes has an interest in small animal medicine and surgery.
He enjoys calf roping in his free time. Dr. Hayes has horses, dogs, and cats.
Dr. Buntain grew up in Lewisville, TX. She received her bachelors degree in Animal Science in 2005, Master's degree in Veterinary Physiology in 2007, and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2013- all from Texas A&M University. She joined the BVC team in June 2013. She enjoys many aspects of the veterinary field, especially surgery.
In her spare time, Dr Buntain enjoys watching Aggie football, being involved at her church, and playing with her dog.
Dr. Kowalski grew up in Red Oak, TX. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science in 2007 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2010 from Texas A&M University. She received her Master's degree in Specialized Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University in 2013. She finished an internship in Food Animal Reproduction, Medicine and Surgery at the University of Illinois in 2011. After a two year residency in Ruminant Health and Reproduction at NC State, she joined the BVC team in August of 2013. Dr. Kowalski's passion is in food animal reproduction and general herd health.
In her spare time, Dr. Kowalski is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys watching football, playing with her two dogs and getting involved with livestock associations.
Dr. Highbarger grew up in Towanda, KS. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 2007. After 2 years of internship she found a job in the heart of Amish Country in Ohio and practiced exclusively with equine patients for four years. After deciding to move closer to home she joined the BVC team in September 2014. Dr. Highbarger has an interest in equine medicine, especially lameness and reproduction. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her fiancé Chris and their new baby girl. She has one horse and two dogs.
Dr. Lamont grew up in northwestern Ohio. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Biology/Life Sciences from the University of Findlay in 2007, and went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ohio State University in 2011. After graduation, she completed a one-year equine internship at Elgin Veterinary Hospital in Elgin, TX. Dr. Lamont enjoys many aspects of veterinary medicine, especially equine medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Lamont enjoys spending time with her husband Calvin, cooking, and watching college football. She has two dogs and three horses at home.
Dr. Lawrence grew up in Enterprise, AL. She received her Bachelor of science from Troy University in 2010 and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University in May 2015. She has a passion for all aspects of veterinary medicine, but has a special interest in surgery and dermatology.
In her spare time, Dr. Lawrence enjoys spending time with her husband and fur children and watching Auburn football.
